Eleganzing

This is the latest Black Eleganza Wrap made from thrums or scraps left over from weaving and sewn together on my Pfaff sewing machine. The fibre is a cotton velvet and resembles a cobweb.
This Eleganza Wrap has a wider variety of non-wool fibres and is a lovely vibrant green that will be a appealing colour for wearing in the dark grey days of winter or carry through to the summer season as a fresh wrap. I would love to see this as a wedding garment, whether for the bride or a guest.

The bobbins and non-wools pictured here are for the next Small Wrap named Spice which is based on an image of Indian spices. The piece stemmed from my need to create a piece in the theme of fall in orange.
