Felt Pearl Necklace

 

This is a bracelet made from the wool fluff that washes out when I felt my woven wraps and scarves. I hand felt each felt bead individually with a wet felting process and each bead is unique. This necklace is strung on stainless steel wire so it is super strong but also bendy...

Eleganzas are made from the thrums or weaving scraps left over from a wrap or scarf. When I collect enough for an Eleganza Item, which may be from three or more scarves and may take months to acquire. Each Eleganza is therefore individual and made one at a time.

These dresses are sprinkled with bits of silk that are left overs from a silk factory that I worked many years ago. The dress is a one size fits all up to a size 12.

knitter who had a whole bunch of samples and

 this is why some of the cotton and silk looks curly.
