My felt pearls are handmade wet felt by me with the fluff that washes out when I felt my Wraps and Everyday Scarves. Each bead is one-of-a-kind and is a time capsule of the bigger pieces it came from.

This necklace is strung on very strong nylon and has wooden and glass and stone beads dispersed throughout.

Tree Eleganza Dress

 

Eleganzas are made from the thrums or weaving scraps left over from a wrap or scarf. When I collect enough for an Eleganza Item, which may be from three or more scarves and may take months to acquire. Each Eleganza is therefore individual and made one at a time.

These dresses are sprinkled with bits of silk that are left overs from a silk factory that I worked many years ago. The dress is a one size fits all up to a size 12.
