Florence Eleganza Scarf

Eleganzas are made from the thrums or weaving scraps left over

 from a wrap or scarf. When I collect enough for an Eleganza Scarf,

 which may be from three or more scarves and may take 

months to acquire. Each Eleganza is therefore individual 

and made one at a time.

This piece has a antique blue doily which makes scarf longer than usual.

Cherry Blossoms are one of my favorite things about spring. So imagine gazing up through the trees from the ground, looking at the pink blossoms, new green leaves and blue sky. This wrap can be worn two ways just as pictured.

really good as my signature piece.

Tundra is spelled out with the rare wine coloured scrabble tiles.  Only second hand scrabble games are used.  They represent the title on each wrap, as the wraps are paintings with textiles.
